Terms of delivery:
Delivery takes place within 3 weeks of order, carriage free.
Prices:
Unless agreed else, the prices as quoted in the catalogue are valid.
Terms of payment:
Payment is to be carried out:
- less 2% trade discount 45 days from date of shipment
- net cash 60 days from date of shipment.
In the case of delayed payment, 1% penalty charge is added to the invoiced amount for each month that the payment date exceeds the due date.
Notice of defects:
Claims respective faulty or wrong items may only be asserted immediately from receipt of the goods.
The customer shall not be entitled to arbitrary withhold or reduce payments because of notifications of defects.
Reservation of proprietary rights:
The items supplied by our company remain our property until payment has been duly and completely received.
Place of execution and court of jurisdiction:
Place of execution and court of jurisdiction to both contracting parties is Krems an der Donau, Austria, unless the court of jurisdiction is specified else.
